Access.

The code for pool gate access will be emailed to all residents/renters who are caught up on their HOA Dues and Violation fees (if any). It will be sent one day prior to the pool opening.

Didn’t get the email or need us to resend you the code? Make sure your HOA Dues and violation fees are caught up and then email Sixes Management for the code. (It may take 24-48 hours to receive a response.)

Rules.

  1. No lifeguard on duty! Swim at your own risk.

  2. Shower before entering pool.

  3. NO SMOKING, GLASS CONTAINERS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN POOL AREA (non-alcoholic drinks must be in plastic or can containers.)

  4. No food or drinks allowed within 5 feet of the pool water.

  5. Only homeowners (in good standing), tenants, and their guest are permitted access.

  6. Children ages 14 & under must be accompanied by an adult 18 yrs. or older.

  7. The gates to the pool area are to remain closed and locked at all times, and are not to be propped open or otherwise left unsecured.

  8. Each resident may have up to 2 guests in the pool area.

  9. Do not open the pool gates to let in unsupervised children or guests.

  10. No diving allowed.

  11. No pets allowed unless it serves as a service dog to a member or guest.

  12. No bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, heavy ball, Frisbee’s, or any motorized vehicles permitted.

  13. No running or rough housing in the pool area.

  14. No life rafts or large flotation devices permitted (noodles are allowed).

  15. Speaker devices without headphones (radios, stereos, boom box, bluetooth speakers) and excessive noise are not permitted in the pool area at any time.

  16. All infants/children not toilet trained and incontinent individuals must wear swim diapers and plastic pants.

  17. Parents/Guardians must be sure that infant/children using the pool do NOT have a diarrheal illness.

  18. Lifeguards/Pool Monitors have the Association’s authority to remove anyone from the pool area for rule violations or inability to provide proof of residency.
