Belmont Trace Community Garage Sale
Belmont Trace HOA will be sponsoring a Community-Wide Garage Sale! Start sorting through your items now and get them ready to sale on May 15th. You keep 100% of the profits from your sale, we just want to help get everyone organized and get the word out!
On the day of the event, just set your own items in your garage or driveway. We’ll do everything else: online advertising, providing balloons and waters and placing signs next to the main road prior to the event!

This will allow us to place balloons on your mailbox on the day of the event as well as put your house on a digital map that will be posted to our Facebook page so people can easily see which houses to stop by. We will also be providing you with bottles of water to have for those stopping by your house on the day of the garage sale.

Christmas Decorating Contest
All Belmont Trace residents are invited to show off their best Christmas decorations! You have until the end of the day on December 16th to get your exterior decor in place. The HOA Board will then select the top 5 houses. Those houses will then be put up for a vote by our community members on 1st, 2nd and 3rd place here on our website and on our Facebook page.
1st Place - $150 Amazon Gift Card & Trophy
2nd Place - $100 Amazon Gift Card
3rd Place - $50 Amazon Gift Card

Pool Closing
The pool season is drawing to a close! We hope these last few weeks of warm weather have been enjoyable by the pool. We will be making some minor improvements to the pool area during the winter and spring. New pool furniture is coming in May 2021!
