Access.<\/h3>\n

The code for pool gate access will be emailed to all residents\/renters who are caught up on their HOA Dues and Violation fees (if any). It will be sent one day prior to the pool opening.<\/p>\n

Didn\u2019t get the email or need us to resend you the code? Make sure your HOA Dues and violation fees are caught up and then email Sixes Management<\/a> for the code. (It may take 24-48 hours to receive a response.)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Rules.<\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    No lifeguard on duty! Swim at your own risk.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Shower before entering pool.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    NO SMOKING, GLASS CONTAINERS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN POOL AREA<\/strong> (non-alcoholic drinks must be in plastic or can containers.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    No food or drinks allowed within 5 feet of the pool water.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Only homeowners (in good standing), tenants, and their guest are permitted access.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Children ages 14 & under must be accompanied by an adult 18 yrs. or older.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    The gates to the pool area are to remain closed and locked at all times, and are not to be propped open or otherwise left unsecured.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Each resident may have up to 2 guests in the pool area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Do not open the pool gates to let in unsupervised children or guests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    No diving allowed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  11. \n

    No pets allowed unless it serves as a service dog to a member or guest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  12. \n

    No bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, heavy ball, Frisbee\u2019s, or any motorized vehicles permitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  13. \n

    No running or rough housing in the pool area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  14. \n

    No life rafts or large flotation devices permitted (noodles are allowed).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  15. \n

    Speaker devices without headphones (radios, stereos, boom box, bluetooth speakers) and excessive noise are not permitted in the pool area at any time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  16. \n

    All infants\/children not toilet trained and incontinent individuals must wear swim diapers and plastic pants.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  17. \n

    Parents\/Guardians must be sure that infant\/children using the pool do NOT have a diarrheal illness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  18. \n

    Lifeguards\/Pool Monitors have the Association\u2019s authority to remove anyone from the pool area for rule violations or inability to provide proof of residency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
