Landscaping & Architectural Requests


We all want our individual properties to look their best! We know that you will have ideas about how to make your home and front and side yards look even better than they already do.

When that is the case, you will need to submit an ACC request in order to make any changes or additions to your physical house or front/side yard areas.

Here’s the process:

  1. Draw up your plans or take pictures of what you intend to do/change.

  2. Complete the ACC Request form (there’s a quick link at the bottom of this page) and submit it along with all supporting documents to the Management Company.

  3. The Board will review and then approve or decline your request or possibly suggest other options for your request.

  4. You will then receive a formal letter within 30 days of your request from Sixes Management with the Board’s decision.

This will require some planning ahead on your part! Please be aware that any actions taken before receiving approval from the Board will result in a violation letter requesting the individual to reverse any unauthorized actions at the owner’s expense. Fines may be incurred if the additions/alterations are not reversed within a certain amount of time.

We want you to have the ability to make your house your own! But please keep in mind that, as with any HOA, it is the responsibility of the Board to maintain a pleasing and harmonious aesthetic for our neighborhood.
