There are quite a few spots at the pool parking lot that never seem to be used… what are they for? They’re for you!
The pool parking lot is primarily a place for our residents to park when they want to take a swim at our neighborhood pool. However, both during the pool season and outside of the pool season, we want you to use the parking spots for your overnight guests.
In order to do this, please send the Board the license plate number of the vehicles that will be parked in the pool parking lot overnight. You must do this in order to avoid being towed!
Finally, because we want this area to always be available for our pool-goers and overnight guests, the pool parking lot should NOT be used for any homeowner’s vehicles of any type. Please make accommodations in your own driveway or elsewhere for personal vehicles or other large vehicles such as boats or campers.
Unauthorized overnight parking WILL RESULT IN TOWING. The towing company information can be located on the sign at the entrance to the pool parking lot. We hope to have further signage available soon!
