The end of 2020 kicked off our First Annual Christmas Decorating contest where we encouraged all of our Belmont Trace homes to join in and decorate the outside of their homes for the holidays!
Thank you to all who participated – it was difficult for the Board to choose the top 5 homes! We left it up to the community to then vote to select our top three homes and here are the results:
1st Place – 414 Belmont Way
2nd Place – 277 Ascott Ln
3rd Place – 276 Ascott Ln
